Everything is included so you can enjoy your stay:

• Fully equipped kitchen (propane BBQ, slow cooker, pots/pans, coffee maker with filters, dishwasher with soap, small extra fridge, spices, etc.).
• Bathroom with towels and shampoo
• All bedrooms are equipped with sheets and pillows
• In the living room, magazines, board games, cards, etc.

The chalet is heated by electricity, the fireplace is for additional heating and enjoyment!

You will have access to the entire chalet, the land, the balcony, and the laundry area at your convenience.

Pricing

• $180/night (4 people minimum)
• $45/extra person/night (other travelers)
• $150 cleaning fee (charged once per stay)

Good to know

Deposit - A $300 deposit is required on the day of arrival and is fully refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage or missing items in the chalet.

Cleaning

Before leaving, remove sheets and pillowcases, collect used towels and put everything in the laundry basket, empty the dishwasher, and take out your garbage, empty bottles, and cans.

A secure key will be provided on site via a lockbox and/or a resource person is nearby to welcome you if needed.

The chalet is ideal for nature lovers to recharge and disconnect from everyday life for a weekend or a successful vacation in both winter and summer.

Easily accessible year-round by car, the chalet is located less than 1h45 from the bridges (Quebec/Pierre Laporte) and 45 minutes from Rivière-du-Loup.

SPA USE

It is important to close the SPA cover tightly after each use with the 4 quick-release fasteners securely fastened (as when you arrived).

In the middle of your stay/or when specified by the owner, you MUST sprinkle the small pot of product into the water (see PHOTO attached) AND start the SPA jets for 5-10 minutes to promote good mixing.

• The floating chlorinator MUST remain in the spa, products must be added as requested, and water chemistry must be maintained or partial or complete loss of deposit may occur.
• You must use plastic glasses outdoors, especially near the SPA, or risk a partial loss of deposit.
• If the spa water needs to be replaced due to negligence on your part, a complete loss of the deposit will occur ($500).

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS

• It is NOT ALLOWED to have an outdoor campfire on the property, or risk partial or complete loss of deposit.
• Please keep doors and screens closed at all times to prevent mosquitoes and bugs from entering the chalet.
• No smoking or vaping will be tolerated in the chalet, or risk partial or complete loss of deposit.
• No abuse will be tolerated (including PARTIES), or risk partial or complete loss of deposit.
• Fees will apply if additional travelers are added or for any damage caused during the stay.
• There is a "power outage kit" clearly labeled next to the washing machine on the counter. Feel free to use it if needed.
• At all times in the chalet, you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for your safety in the chalet.
